We are also pleased to share that this year, the University of Newcastle is launching its inaugural Gifting Day on the 9th of March. A dedicated day of fun and fundraising, this social impact initiative will bring our community together to drive important change.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Research is one of the nine priority initiatives being championed through Gifting Day. Our event will offer you insights from a panel of passionate, local professionals about how we might work together to learn, share and collaborate on an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander led and community informed approach to solving some of the biggest health challenges in our communities.
